Bible:  1 Corinthians 15:39-49
Title:  Resurrection
Main Verse:  “Just as we have borne the image of the earthy we will also bear the image of the heavenly.” (1 Corinthians 15:49)

1.            While living in this world believers live their lives hoping in the resurrection.  When it says that we are of all men most to be pitied if there is no resurrection it means our existence is not for the sake of this world but for the sake of the resurrection.  We must not conform to this world and not examine the loss and gain that comes from this world but examine the loss and gain that comes from the resurrection.

2.            It is said that the disparity in the resurrection is exceedingly great.  Although all the elect will resurrect at the Second Coming of Jesus the great disparity in the salvation that has been attained cannot be expressed in words.  The power of resurrection is adopting the fullness of God as one’s own and moving according to it.  So in actuality it is God who is moving.  This is the power of the resurrection.  This powerful character is known as glory.  This character is able to please God who is above and grants favor to all the creations so that they may profit.  This is called the glorious salvation.

3.            Wherever our bounds may be it is said that we are able to possess the likeness of the powerful form of Jesus.  In order to prepare for this powerful and valuable resurrection our movement must come from God.  This is attained day by day in our given reality.  Therefore since we can never again meet the realities of this world which only comes once and since it is exceedingly valuable and precious we must not live for the creatures but for the Lord.

1. 믿는 사람이 세상에서 사는 모든 생활은 부활을 소망하고 사는 것이다. 부활이 없으면 가장 불쌍한 자라고 하신 것은 부활 위한 생활이요 세상을 위한 생활이 아닌 것을 말한다. 우리는 부활의 손익을 따져야 하지 세상 어떤 것의 손익을 따져 거기에 의거한 생활을 해서는안 된다.

2. 부활은 그 차이가 심히 많은 것을 말씀했다. 택자들은 예수님 재림 때에 다 부활은 하지만 구원은 말로 다 할 수 없을 만치 크게 차이가 있다. 부활의 능력은 하나님의 전부로 자기 것을 삼아 움직임이나 그 움직임의 실상은 하나님의 움직임이 된 그것이 부활의 능력이다. 그 능력의 성격은 영광이라고 하였으니 이는 위로 하나님은 기뻐하시고 모든 피조물들에게는 온갖 은택을 입혀 그들로 유익케 할 수 있는 성격의 것인 것을 가리켜 영광의 구원이라고 말씀하셨다.

3. 이 보배로운 부활의 권능의 마련이 우리의 한계로서는 어디까지인가에 대해서 하늘에 속한 예수님과 같은 능력의 형체를 갖출 수 있다고 말씀하셨으니 이 모든 능력 마련은 하나님으로 인하여 움직이는 현실의 한 생활 생활 속에서 이루어진다. 그러므로 세상은 다시 만날수 없는 단번만으로 지나가는 지극히 보배롭고 귀중한 현실이니 피조물대로 살지 말고 주로인하여 살 것이다.

(해설)

1. (부활의 날만 소망)

믿는 사람은 부활을 소망하고 이 세상에서 산다.
부활이 없으면 믿는 사람은 가장 불쌍한 자라 하신 것은
우리의 모든 생활이 부활을 위한 생활이지 세상을 위한 생활이 아니기 때문이다.
우리는 부활의 날에 손익을 따져 보고 오늘을 살아야 한다.
세상 어떤 것도 세상에서만 손익을 따져 살면 안 된다.

2. (부활의 영광 차이)

택자들은 예수님 재림 때에 다 부활은 하지만
부활한 사람이 가진 구원은 말로 다 할 수 없을 만치 크게 차이가 있다.
세상에 살 때 하나님의 전부를 자기 것으로 삼아 움직인 것만큼 부활의 날에 능력이 있다.
자기가 움직이는 것도 또 자기가 움직여서 만든 실상도 각자 다 차이가 있다.

하나님으로 움직인 것 만큼 부활의 능력이 크게 되고 그 부활의 능력은 모두 영광이다.
부활의 능력이 영광으로 나타나는 것은
위로 하나님이 기뻐하시고
아래로 모든 피조물들이 부활한 우리의 실력에 따라 온갖 은택을 입어
만물이 유익을 보게 되기 때문이다.
그래서 영광의 구원이라고 말씀하셨다.

3. (순종으로 마련)

이렇게 보배로운 부활의 권능은 어떻게 마련할 것인가?
부활은 하늘에 속한 예수님과 같은 능력의 형체를 갖게 되는 것이니
이런 것을 마련하는 것은 우리 힘으로 되지 않고
우리가 현실마다 하나님으로 인하여 움직인 생활 속에서 이루어진다.

그러므로
세상은 한번 지나가면 다시 만날수 없는 단번으로 지나가는데
이것은 이렇게 지극히 보배롭고 귀중한 현실이니
우리는 세상에서 피조물에 따라서 살지 말고 주로 인하여 살 것이다.
